Clearloch intends to be a service provider for SCAT 2.0  incident evidence collection.  Clearloch provides equipment and skilled staff to record incident scenes using SCAT investigation logic and an array of equipment at each capture point to provide deep knowledge of contents and arrangements at each sample point for the SCAT collection system commonly approved and used by corporate, insurance and crime scene investigations.
