Executive Summary

2143284 Alberta Inc. currently owns and operates Clearloch, an Alberta startup with ambitions to scale into a federal and international trusted brand. Our short-term goal is to onboard key personnel, secure essential registrations, and establish the foundational platforms for growth.  Clearloch will source key person investors to initially expand in territory, eventually reaching need to move to IPO, parting from 2143284 Alberta Inc. to encompass international markets.

What Clearloch Does

Clearloch is a consulting firm for capturing incident evidence using a SCAT 2.0 system.  Clearloch provides skill staff and equipment to take detailed SCAT samples of incident scenes by corporate, insurance, or municipal request and acceptance to terms and invoicing.

 2143284 Alberta Inc., as Clearloch, aims to be a safe for all public members but secure for clients business operator; thus, data collection and handling are of high security need between Clearloch and client, while grounds of Clearloch’ operations shall be safe grounds for members of all ages, genders, nationalities, religious groups, or other such stereotypes.  This means that Clearloch recognizes its responsibilities and will make available the resources to operate in safe and continued manner.  Clearloch will also make efforts to screen, train, and assist employees to certifications that better their knowledge and trustability.

2143284 Alberta Inc., as Clearloch, aims to be ethical and responsible employer.  Clearloch aims to work regularly with jurisdictional regulators to instill a culture with-in Clearloch to be responsible, ethical, and safe for all employees to follow and take with them as the journey with-in or jump to other industries.
